Overview
Travel Bee is a membership-based travel community and booking service available at www.travelbee.buzz. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Membership and Fees
Access to Travel Bee features requires an active membership at $4.99 per month, billed monthly. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account. Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our membership fee with prior notice.
Social Network Community Rules
Travel Bee includes a member social network. You agree to:
• Use the community respectfully • Not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, infringing, spam, or offensive content • Not impersonate others or share false information
We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund. We are not responsible for content posted by members, and member opinions do not reflect those of Travel Bee.
You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant Travel Bee a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within www.travelbee.buzz to operate and promote the community.
Booking and Affiliates Disclosure
Travel Bee provides information and links to book travel services.
Some services are offered through affiliate partners including, but not limited to, Member Deals, Groupon, and Undercover Tourist. We may add additional affiliates in the future. This means Travel Bee may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links at no extra cost to you.
All bookings made through affiliate partners are subject to that affiliate’s pricing, availability, cancellation, refund, and terms of service. Travel Bee is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for the performance, acts, or omissions of those affiliate partners.
Some bookings are made firsthand / directly with the travel provider and are not processed through an affiliate. For these direct bookings, the provider’s own terms and policies will apply, and the provider is solely responsible for fulfillment.
No Guarantee
We strive for accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all content, prices, or availability on www.travelbee.buzz is error-free or current. All travel is subject to availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on Travel Bee, including text, logos, design, and graphics, is owned by Travel Bee or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Bee is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of www.travelbee.buzz, your reliance on information herein, content posted by members in the social network, or any issues arising from bookings made through affiliates or directly with providers.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to www.travelbee.buzz if you violate these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of www.travelbee.buzz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
