When you create an account, subscribe to our $4.99 per month membership, request a booking, or use our social network features, we collect information you provide including your name, email address, payment information, travel preferences, and trip details.
When you use our social network community, we also collect content you create, such as posts, comments, photos, messages, likes, and profile information you choose to share.
We automatically collect usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site, to improve our services and analyze traffic.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
• Create and manage your account and your $4.99 monthly membership • Process and fulfill booking requests • Operate and moderate the Travel Bee social network • Communicate with you about your account, bookings, and community activity • Improve our website, services, and user experience
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Social Network Privacy
The Travel Bee social network is for members only. Content you post, including text, photos, and comments, may be visible to other active members. You are responsible for the content you share and should not post personal information you do not wish to be visible to other members.
You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Travel Bee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within www.travelbee.buzz for the purpose of operating the community.
You may edit or delete your posts at any time through your account. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our Terms.
Bookings, Affiliates, and Third Parties
Some travel services on Travel Bee are booked through affiliate partners including, but not limited to, Member Deals, Groupon, and Undercover Tourist. We may add additional affiliate partners in the future without notice.
When you click a link or complete a booking through an affiliate partner, you will be subject to that affiliate partner’s own Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Not all bookings are made through affiliates. Some bookings are made firsthand / directly with the travel provider. In those cases, the direct provider’s policies will govern that transaction.
Any payment processing for your Travel Bee membership is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and analyze site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the site may not function properly.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your data. No system can guarantee 100% security. We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.
Your Rights
You may request to view, update, or delete your personal information by emailing us at support@travelbee.buzz. You may cancel your $4.99 monthly membership at any time from your account settings on www.travelbee.buzz. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on www.travelbee.buzz with a new “Last Updated” date.
